At Simpliya, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You may send a data processing request for the following purposes:
- You need to access your data in a form not directly obtainable from the app or
- Correct your data with us, that is not possible to correct using the app or
- You no longer wish to use our services and would like your personal data to be deleted forever from our system
Request Data Access, Correction or Deletion
- Send us an email
- Write to us at [email protected] using the email address associated with your Simpliya account.
- Use the subject line: Data Processing Request
- Include the following details
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your account
- Any additional information to help us locate your account (e.g., username, order reference, or account ID if applicable).
- Whether you want to access, correct or delete your data
- Verification
- For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
- Processing Timeline
- Once verified, we will share/correct/delete your data from our systems within 30 days (unless a shorter time is required by applicable laws).
- You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
What Happens After Deletion
- All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
- Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., for financial, legal, or security reasons).
- After deletion, your account will no longer be accessible, and recovery will not be possible.
