At Simpliya, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You may send a data processing request for the following purposes:

  • You need to access your data in a form not directly obtainable from the app or
  • Correct your data with us, that is not possible to correct using the app or
  • You no longer wish to use our services and would like your personal data to be deleted forever from our system

Request Data Access, Correction or Deletion

  1. Send us an email
    • Write to us at [email protected] using the email address associated with your Simpliya account.
    • Use the subject line: Data Processing Request
  2. Include the following details
    • Your full name
    • The email address linked to your account
    • Any additional information to help us locate your account (e.g., username, order reference, or account ID if applicable).
    • Whether you want to access, correct or delete your data
  3. Verification
    • For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
  4. Processing Timeline
    • Once verified, we will share/correct/delete your data from our systems within 30 days (unless a shorter time is required by applicable laws).
    • You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

What Happens After Deletion

  • All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
  • Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., for financial, legal, or security reasons).
  • After deletion, your account will no longer be accessible, and recovery will not be possible.
